Therapist Pay Transparency Survey
We’re gathering anonymous data on what therapists actually earn across states and settings. The goal is to make pay transparency more accessible and to advocate for fair, stable jobs for therapists across the country.
No personal information is collected. You’ll answer a few quick questions : state, setting, license, hours, and income range. At the end, there’s an optional space to leave your email if you’d like a summary of the findings when we publish them, as well as occasional updates if future research or opportunities come up.
Your information will never be shared individually , only in aggregate form to help improve pay transparency and workforce sustainability for our field.
