CultivateCare was founded by a licensed therapist who saw a repeating challenge in patient after patient: the diagnosis was clear, the medical plan was sound, but their mental health was suffering. Patients needed more than prescriptions or lab results—they needed tools to process the grief, anxiety, and lifestyle changes that came with their health challenges.
That reality became even sharper when serious illness hit the founder’s own family. Even with clinical knowledge and low stigma around therapy, it was still overwhelming: too many appointments to juggle, too much complexity in insurance, and the quiet pressure to “be strong” instead of asking for help.
CultivateCare was created to bridge that space. By placing therapists inside medical practices, we make support available in the same setting where health decisions happen.
